Introduction:

Our client is an international organization that serves investment management professionals with educational, ethical and certification programs. They are looking for a high calibre candidate to fulfil the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

This position supports of regional event production duties including delivery of virtual event programs, speaker management and maintenance of shared team resources.

·         maintenance of registration templates, custom reports and event mobile applications

·         provides first-line registration support for event producers and internal business units for enquiries, data reports and registration updates

·         maintain integrity of data and assets held in Cvent through regular inventory of account

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related subject

·         Min 3 years experience in customer service and using attendee management technology solution, Cvent is a must

·         Fluency in English, Cantonese

·         Excellent communications skills including written, verbal, listening and presentation

·         Good PC skills in office software such as Word, Power Point, Excel

·         Ability to operate in a global organization and flex around different time zones.

  • Contract Period: 12 months
  • Working hours: 11am – 8pm HKT, 5 days per week (4 days in the office, 1 day remote work)
