Introduction:

Responsible for assisting Production Control Manager in planning, directing, coordinating and controlling the Production Control

      Lead subordinates to comply with the rules and regulated requirements of governing authorities

      Define and schedule production procedures

      Examine and ensure the procedures submitted by application and technical teams are in compliance with site standard

      Liaise with application and support teams to ensure the smooth running of the production systems

      Inspires staff members to look at issues positively and explore own career goals at work

      Perform any other duties as directed by IT Operations Manager or Production Control Manager

 

 

Requirements:

Requirements:

      Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent

      8+ years experience in Data Centre operations and control; 3+ years in supervisory level

      Solid experience in release management and solid knowledge & experience in maintaining scalable and mission critical IT infrastructure with network, storage, high availability and resilience

      MUST familiar with Mainframe and AS400 environment; Experience in Open Platform a plus

      Be self-motivation, detailed-oriented and the ability to work under pressure

      Good Command in in spoken & written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
