Admin Manager

Introduction:
The job holder is responsible for handling account and administration services for customers of a leading SIM card distributor in HK.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and interact with customers via phone, chat, email and social media to provide responsive and helpful support
- Coordinate with our customers, stores and logistics partners to arrange deliveries and manage inventory
- Arrange invoices, billing updates, bookkeeping of purchases and expenses transactions and manage the workflow of the purchase and expenses settlement process
- Manage daily order placement via email and ERP system.
- Follow up orders and shipments in the schedule
- Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling commercial products & services enquiries and applications
- Handle service requests raised by customers and relate the issues to relevant internal parties
- Maintain accurate data on ERP/ web subscriptions system
- Prepare reports & perform data analysis for management
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Information, Computer Science, Accounting or related disciplines
- Good PC skills, especially MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 1 - 2 years telecommunication experience is preferable, and knowledge in cross border E-commerce is a plus
- Fresh graduate with good communication will also be considered
