Our client, an international insurance rating service provider is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Office Administrator.

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support independently to a small office with international culture
  • Manage external suppliers to ensure the effective provision of outsourced services
  • Liaise with building management over the effective coordination of office maintenance
  • Ensure health and safety measures for the working environment are in place and adhered to in compliance with Company policies and local regulations
  • Organize business travel
  • Prepare expense reports for managers
  • Support basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Provide assistance to the Finance Team for weekly payments, as assigned
  • Undertake general administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc assistance as required
