Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical and office administration work.
  • Handle telephone calls and daily accounting duties.
  • Policy Documents checking, posting, filing
  • To handle internal financial and accounting works including preparation of financial and accounting reports, expenses payment, bank reconciliation, staff reimbursement processing, accounting data entries and other accounting duties.
  • Other ad hoc assignments.

Package:

  • 13 months salary
  • Medical insurance coverage
  • 14 days annual leave


Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSEE or above
  • 1 - 2 years of Clerical experience, fresh graduated will also be considered
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skill and client focus
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
