Senior/Retail & Education Executive, TR APAC

Introduction:

Our client is looking for an expertise in cosmetics, sales, education, and management to drive their cosmetic brands business in travel retail market.

Responsibilities:


  • Support overall training program coordination, including liaising with education managers with venue coordination and managing all hospitality issues
  • Translation management, managing various languages training material translation, including Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Korean etc
  • Manage logistic service for Travel Retail APAC Retail & Education department, manage orders from HQ, liaise with logistic partner, and distribute to Travel Retail 3 key regions.
  • E-Learning platform (ACDL) management and execution, including various regions newsfeed posting and translation to ensure fresh digital assets meet the brand's standards.
  • Budget management, assist Senior Retail & Education on overall APAC budget management, as well as all regional Education Managers year-to-go budget (including follow-up of PO and invoices and vendor creation etc).
  • Uniform forecast and logistics for Travel Retail APAC, liaise with each regions Education manager and placing orders with HQ, organize and monitor uniform usage across APAC and distribute to 3 key regions.
  • Overall manage various training materials, including but not limited to testers, free goods, training tools, BA, and GS training gifts etc.
  • Conduct coaching with selected region BAs, provide personalized 1 on 1 BA training on brand and product knowledge and selling protocol etc. to enhance BAs selling skills.
  • Actively communicate with the team and be willing to find innovative solutions to solve the issue



 

 


Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 12year experience in retail industry / operations management (cosmetics preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and words
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes and partnerships enhance work efficiency
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Open-minded and willing to learn
  • Excellent time management
