Introduction:

My client, one of the world’s leading international e-commerce logistics providers, offering a diverse range of cross-border services for business and commerce, they are looking for an eCommerce Logistics Operation Manager :-

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handle key account operation
• Solutions design for operation & sales team to ensure quality proposal/solution is delivered
• Develop good relationships with new clients of strategic and operational levels 
• Maintain SOP's (Standard Operational Procedures)
• Able to handle client’s project walkthrough, business requirements gathering, design, trial run plan and implementation session
• Manage the implementation of any new client in collaboration with the appropriate cross functional teams within schedule

Requirements:

• Degree holder in logistics or related field 
• 5 years or above working experience in courier/ecommerce’s logistics
• Good experience in ecommerce solution design/ implementations at global environment
• Good knowledge of global ecommerce logistics requirements and solutions across all logistics modes
• Good Project & Time Management skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Good computer skills of MS Office and SOP writing
