Introduction:
A fortune 100 company is hiring Compliance Manager - Accounting & Finance (Japanese speaking) to join the compliance department to cope with the growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Review, formulate and implement financial and accounting policies, procedures and guidelines
- Identify areas for continuous improvement to eliminate risk and enhance internal control of operational activities and governance
- Handle tax issue, mainly for in-charging of BEPS, and communicate with related parties for planning and resolving
- Handle aggregation/ analysis and information sharing of whole entity and HK regional consolidated financial status
- Conduct regular review of end-to-end processes
- Provide effective support to senior for resolving any task assigned
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
