The primary mission of the APAC Regional Sales Manager is the commercial development of rheumatology and dermo-cosmetic products in the geographical area for which he/she is responsible.


  • Develop rheumatology and dermo-cosmetic turnover in the APAC region: participate in defining and implementing the export strategy; propose development plans and monitor domestics markets; propose partnerships and three-year business plans for new markets; identify and evaluate priority and/or geographic markets, possible regulatory statutes and potential partners that can meet market share ambitions
  • Assist budget & expenses control for the entire area
  •  Attend and organize (when needed) key rheumatological and dermo-cosmetic events in order to publicise the products. (EULAR, national and international conferences)
  •  Travel to the countries to support/assist local commercial operations, and monitor their activities
  • Ensure continuous improvement and respect for procedures particularly in terms of Quality and CSR.
  •  Work in collaboration with distributors and regional and headquarter marketing, by managing the price analysis in the region, stock monitoring and analysis, meetings with marketing departments and distributors
  •  Attend international meetings at the headquarters, as well as regional meetings
  •  Relay review, quality and report information to the departments concerned
  •  Work in collaboration with customer service to obtain forecasts and track orders


  • BS/BA degree in a related discipline, Master is a plus
  • Knowledge of international trade and related mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of commercial network management: agencies and distributors
  • Min 5-year experience in FMCG, beauty/cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry with similar geographical exposure
  • Good analytical skill, negotiation skill, strategic oriented, autonomous, data-driven
  • Fluent in English, French or other Asian language(s) would be a plus
