Introduction:

An international retailer is urgently seeking candidates for the post of HR & Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Office and Store Admin

  •  Provide all-rounded daily office administrative and clerical support handling
  •  General office management and oversee the maintenance of office equipment

Human Resources

  • Assist in HR administration duties such as updating attendance & Roster for retail staff and leave record
  • Responsible for the recruitment cycle for retail staff
  • Maintain staff record and HR system 
  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding procedures with IT department

Personal Assistance

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management
  • Arrange travel logistics
  • Handle personal and travel expenses claim
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years related working experiences
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good time management and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
