A company under a public listed conglomerate is looking to bring on board a HRBP for their staffing department.
The ideal candidate would be required to supervise a team of personnel officers in providing a full spectrum of personnel services including but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, personnel administration, exit process, performance management, etc. to designated group companies
Be an advisor to line managers on all HR issues
Review and develop HR policies and procedures
Assist in managing the operation of Staff Association and organizing staff activities
Engage in various strategic HR projects
To perform ad hoc HR duties as and when required
