Introduction:

Our client, a well-established Insurance Agency is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior executives and the team
• Prepare monthly reports, correspondence and presentation materials
• Handle confidential information and maintain proper filing system.
• Work closely with colleagues for administration support
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
• Assist in Director’s personal affairs
• Sometimes needs outdoor to bank, co registration office when urgent, not frequent


Package:

• 5-day work
• 13 months salary
• Medical Insurance coverage
• Public Holidays

Requirements:

• F.5 or above 
• Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 1 year working experience in HR sector/administration support, less experience or fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing and Managing the business APP (eg: Zoom / Microsoft Teams) 
• Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Self-motivated, Proactive, Mature, Responsible, Strong sense of Commitment, Good Problem-Solving Skills and good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferable
