Introduction:

Our client, a well established Steel and Metals Trading/Manufacturing (MNC) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

Prepare shipping/banking documents in conformity with L/Cs and/or Sales Contracts

Work with different parties of managing the whole contract administration process for orders; start from receiving an order confirmation from trader to settlement happens.

L/C issuance and amendments

Follow-up with banks/customers/overseas offices to ensure documents are properly handled and maintain a good filing system

Office administrative duties

Ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above

Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese

5-10 years or above experience in handling order administration and full set I/E shipping for commodity industry (e.g. steel, chemical materials, oil, etc)

Familiar with L/C documents

MS Office
