Our client, a property developer based in China is currently in search of a well-rounded HR professional to lead their team in Shenzhen


  • Manage all-round functional HR areas including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, talent development & management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training, etc.
  • Review staff retention and talent attraction procedures on a regular basis or bring in new recruitment tools or systems if necessary
  • Review salary / bonus scheme and new hire package to ensure offers are complying with the salary banding & structure
  • Ensure the projects in performance management and develop HR improvement plan
  • Drive staff engagement activities, plus attract new talents


  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 6 - 10 years of well-rounded HR experience in the property development industry
  • Excellent in PRC law, good communication and strong leadership
  • Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command in Mandarin and English
