Introduction:

My client, a leading women wear company, is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Shipping Clerk.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handle full set of Import/Export documents & Tradelink declarations
• Dealing & co-ordinate with forwarders or relevant parties to monitor shipment/logistics schedule to ensure timely delivery
• Arrange shipment booking and deliveries

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Logistics Management, Business or other related discipline
• 2 years relevant working experience in shipping / trading industry
• Well-organized, self-motivated and ability to work independently and results driven
• Good communication skills to liaise with forwarders/customers and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
