Legal Secretary (Conveyancing)

Our client, a local legal firm located at Wanchai is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Secretary or Clerk for their well-established Conveyancing team. 


  • Provide secretarial support to partners/solicitors
  • Assist solicitors to handle mainly conveyancing matters (property & TA) and general legal files
  • Able to handle conveyancing files independently with minimal supervision
  • Following up on files, handling billings and daily correspondences
  • Communicating with clients, coordinating among departments and teammates 
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Minimum 3-5 years' solid experience in handling conveyancing matter
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and conversational Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel and Chinese Word-processing
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Responsible, meticulous, detail-oriented and well-organized
