Introduction:

Our client, a top global luxury retail company, is currently hiring a Senior Retail & Education Manager Travel Retail for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategies, development and implementation of retail & education excellence in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and formulate a winning strategy and development for Retail & Education across APAC region
• Ensure Retail Excellence with a client centric approach in all education programs and monitor activities are executed in line with the brand standards & values
• Collaborate with and nourish HQ Education on TR APACs needs
• Develop/Adapt education materials, digital content and tools to address the needs of APAC region (classroom & digital learning)
• Train-the-Trainer, constantly educate & coach Education Managers
• Provide skincare expertise and guidance for Education Managers in the APAC region
• Help drive the digital transformation of the brand from an Education perspective via digital tools (e.g. learning app)
• Engage and motivate the BC teams through various initiatives online & offline
• Drive and standardize Retail Education Standards, Policies, Guidelines, Procedures and Tools developed by international retail education team in order to enhance retail operational efficiency, improve and maximize retail productivity as well as BCs productivity.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with 8+ years experience in the cosmetics (or hospitality) industry with strong experience in skincare and/or training and/or retail sales with 3 years in managerial position
• Good interpersonal, communication with team and management in multicultural environment
• A growth mindset, track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others
• Well organized, pro-active strong in problem solving and decision making independently
• Passionate, enthusiastic and creative about skincare and trends
• Ability to develop and deliver client centric and interactive training to engage target audience
• Strong retail experience and business sense
• Willing to travel frequently
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Powerpoint, Excel and digital Education tools and digitally savvy
