Introduction:

Our client is now looking for a dynamic personal assistant for the team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Managerial staffs; 
  2. Prepare important correspondence and all relevant materials; 
  3. Organize, coordinate and/or participate in the Companys business and public relations functions;
  4. Organize the Managerial staffs travel arrangements and provide necessary support;
  5. Greet the Companys important guests, officials and visiting delegates from the Mainland China and overseas.


Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in the relevant disciplines with formal secretarial training preferred; 
  2. At least 5 years of secretarial experience in serving director's level, preferably gained from HK listed company or sizable organization;
  3. Have a high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details, have a good team spirit and professional attitude;
  4. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; 
  5. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Secretary to Chairman.
