Introduction:

To provide proactive service to walk-in customers and conduct selling of personal loan products to satisfy customers needs

Responsibilities:

      Station at Personal Loan Service Corner of selected branch and responsible for clean lending acquisition activities

      Meet and exceed personal loan target assigned

      Take proactive role to solicit sales from counter sales referral, sales promotion booth and out-reach marketing activities.

      Work to follow up on approval and drawdown to ensure customer satisfaction

      Follow the established work procedures as stipulated in procedure guidelines and ensure compliance at all times

Requirements:

      University degree with minimum 1-year experience or secondary education with 3-year experience in retail banking branch, preferably in clean lending products

      Aggressive, self-motivated with positive attitude and can work independently.

      Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, frequently changing environment

      Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin
