Introduction:

Our client is a leading MNC looking to hire a Digital Solution Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives across their retail and supply chain operations. This role will partner with business and technology teams to deliver innovative digital solutions, manage projects, and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end digital transformation and technology projects.
2. Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver practical solutions.
3. Manage vendors and ensure quality, timely project delivery.
4. Support DevOps adoption and continuous improvement practices.
5. Oversee project planning, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and implementation.
6. Provide regular project updates and recommendations to leadership.
7. Develop user training materials and support change management initiatives.
8. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
2. 4+ years of experience in digital solutions, project management, or technology consulting.
3. Strong knowledge of retail, sourcing, or supply chain processes and systems.
4. Experience with system integrations, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), data analytics, and BI solutions.
5. Familiarity with SQL, Jira, UiPath, Agile methodologies, and AI technologies.
6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful projects.
