Introduction:

Develop relationships with telecommunications operators in various overseas regions (mainly including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, Australia, etc.), and maintain existing operator relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop relationships with telecommunications operators in various overseas regions (mainly including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, Australia, etc.), and maintain existing operator relationships.
2. Stay updated on market changes, competitors, and changes in upstream and downstream companies. 
3. Understand the dynamics of market price changes to ensure the necessary telecommunications operator resources for the company's business development.
4. Integrate various types of resources in different regions (overseas IDC, IPT, IEPL, high-bandwidth DIA, etc.), provide effective solutions, timely support resource requirements in major projects, and meet project requirements.
5. Cost management, control the procurement cost of new resources, and negotiate fee reductions for existing business.
6. Handle the procurement of equipment, systems, and other hardware and software resources required for integrated projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronics, or related fields.
2. Over 3 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry.
3. Familiar with telecommunications operator products and prices such as overseas IDC, IPT, IEPL, and high-bandwidth DIA.
4. Have good relationships with relevant industry suppliers.
5. Outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills, strong business negotiation skills.
6. Ability to integrate resources and provide solutions.
7. Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
