Introduction:

Our client, a well established Vacation Club is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Perform a full range of closing administration operation tasks.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding closing disbursement, contract documents, preparing and distributing reports as required to appropriate parties.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Performs other duties as appropriate.
  • Ensure quality procedures and suggest improvements.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Fluent spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese)
  • 2 years or above experience in handling customer service administration role
  • Experience in hospitality industry is preferred
  • Experience in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and other computer systems.
  • Positive attitude and able to work effectively as a good team player.
  • Detail-minded, independent and good organized skills.
  • Experience in high volume, fast-paced, results oriented business environments.

  • 13 months salary
