Introduction:

Our client is a prestigious high-end boutique jewellery brand. They are currently looking for a jewellery sales assistant to support their business operations, maintain exceptional customer experiences and provide expert advice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to achieve sales targets
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty
• Assist in daily store operations while promoting the brand image
• Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat) in accordance with company guidelines
• Process orders for Xiaohongshu and WeChat stores, ensuring timely updates to data
• Participate in the development and implementation of platform content (text and photos provided by the company)

Requirements:

• Minimum of Secondary 5 education or equivalent
• Over one year of relevant experience in a retail environment
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Strong reading and writing skills in Chinese; capable of independent reading and writing in English
• Previous retail experience, preferably within the pearl jewelry sector
• Passionate about handicrafts and the pearl treasure industry
• Demonstrates an active, sincere, and courteous demeanor with a strong commitment to hospitality
