Introduction:

My client, an international freight forwarding & logistics provider located in Kwai Chung and they are Urgently to look for Key Account Manager (Luxury client handling experience - fashion)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling key account luxury client) and develop business with key account.
• Prepare quotation & tender                                                                .
• Provide solutions to customer to ensure service quality
• Coordination with internal and external department to smooth operations
• Monitor KPI, SOP, follow up shipments
• Present KPI to customer during service review (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)
• Provide implementation plan and implementation packages for new clients
• Participate (or hold) tender with full proposal and rates

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years or above with solid experience in both air & sea freight services with at least 3 years’ experience in key account management or sales in 3PL.
• Preferred to have account management experiences with Luxury client handling experience - fashion and retailing customers, even thought is not mandatory.
