Human Resources Manager

Introduction:
A sizable logistics service company is urgently seeking candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and monitor the headcount budget
- Supervise and participate in the recruitment process
- Design, monitor and conduct orientation program
- Conduct training needs analysis and align it with company objectives
- Conduct promotion ability and succession study
- Compile and monitor People Development Plan for department heads and the successors
- Support Company Culture construction, employee activities and implementation
- Coordinate and participate in regular staff meetings, handle grievances and complaints and attend labor disputes
- Provide human resources support and consultation to senior management and line managers
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Human Resources or related discipline
- Solid all rounded human resources experience gained from sizable corporation
- Experience in PRC and/or logistics company is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Strong communication skill with stable work history
