Introduction:

A sizable logistics service company is urgently seeking candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and monitor the headcount budget
  • Supervise and participate in the recruitment process
  • Design, monitor and conduct orientation program
  • Conduct training needs analysis and align it with company objectives
  • Conduct promotion ability and succession study
  • Compile and monitor People Development Plan for department heads and the successors
  • Support Company Culture construction, employee activities and implementation
  • Coordinate and participate in regular staff meetings, handle grievances and complaints and attend labor disputes
  • Provide human resources support and consultation to senior management and line managers

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Solid all rounded human resources experience gained from sizable corporation
  • Experience in PRC and/or logistics company is a plus
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Strong communication skill with stable work history
