Responsibilities:
- Answer hotlines, deal with local and expatriate customers
- Receive complaints
- Ad hoc assignments
- 13 months salary + discretionary bonus
- Medical and Dental Insurance coverage
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 5-6 years of customer service experience
- With supervisory experience is preferred
- MS Office
- Good communication skills, customer oriented and patient
