Customer Service Assistant

Introduction:
Our client, an automotive distributor is urgently seeking candidates for the positions of Customer Service Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Providing warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved
- Handling inquiries raised by customers
- Supporting various customer events and perform administrative duties
- Supporting ad hoc assignments arranged by managers
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 1 year customer service experience would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays and ad hoc rostering
- 5 days work
- Working location: Hung Hom or Chaiwan
