Introduction:

Our client is a leading relocation services provider and is seeking an Assistant Accountant.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounts receivable section for APAC
  • Liaise/follow up with billing team and clients on invoices/payment issue
  • Prepare billing for referral fee and commission revenue charged to suppliers
  • Apply receipts for Invoices (both clients and suppliers)
  • Prepare month-end closing Journal entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation of monthly withholding tax and GST return for India
  • Monitor client funding cashflow
  • Handle bank related matters
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 years working experience in accounting field is preferred
  • Proficiency in computerized accounting software, MS Word and Excel
