Our client is one of the largest airlines in Europe; office located in Sheung Wan is now looking for a Part Time finance & Admin Assistant to support their team. This will be a one year contract and will highly likely to be renewed.

  • Scanning & filing of incoming invoices/accounting documents
  • Assist in procurement activities
  • Support data entry/analysis
  • Invoice printing
  • Enter contract details into various systems
  • Assist in banking activities, e.g. cheque deposit, preparing forms to the bank etc.

Our client, is a leading Materials Technology company, they are currently looking for the captioned position to join their team

·         Handle full set of accounts independently for month-end and year-end closing, which include preparing book-keeping records, maintaining general ledger and accounts in timely and accurate manner

·         Handle daily accounting operations including but not limited to full set of accounts and AR function

·         Handle oversee AR duties including customer outstanding follow up and credit limit control, etc.…..

·         To perform accounting duties including bank reconciliation and update records, fund transfer Cheque arrangements etc.…..

·         To analyze and compile financial statements

·         To liaise with external auditors for Year-End audits

·         Assist in handling of tax , budgeting , audit
