Support Engineer, Entry Level, Work in Hong Kong, Permanent Role

Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite / remote support to end user
• Install and implement system upgrade
• Troubleshoot customer issues in general maintenance on computer hardware and software
• Perform duties in different locations as assigned
Requirements:
• 1-year relevant working experiences in IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook and network troubleshooting
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Certificate of PMP, CCSP, MCSE/MCSA or ITIL is a plus
• Knowledge on Linux (Red Hat or CentOS) is a plus
• Knowledge on Containerization is a plus
