Our client, a leading provider of insurance and savings solutions (UK based) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:


  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries
  • Coordinate with expatriate brokers and clients
  • Data entry, clerical support role
*Not much OT

  • 13 months salary + discretionary bonus
  • 23 days annual leave
  • Medical and dental insurance coverage
  • 5-day work


  • Diploma or above
  • Fluent English and Cantonese, Manadarin is preferable
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in bank or other industry
  • Knowledge of the financial service industry is an advantage
  • MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills, detail-minded and a good team player
