HR Manager (1-year Contract), Good Benefits, High chance to change to permanent

Introduction:
Our client, a well-established Japanese Manufacturing Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team of Human Resources Department
- Review Company compensation and benefits levels internally and externally to ensure equitable compensation and benefits for all levels of employees
- Develop and implement a system of recruitment and screening procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies
- Oversee the day-to-day operations in one or more HR functional areas, develop and implement HR initiatives and projects in line with the direction of the Company
- Ensure employee records of all levels, as well as legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel related files are well maintained and updated timely
- 13 months salary + discretionary bonus

- 14 days annual leave
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese)
- At least 5 years’ post-qualification managerial experience in Human Resources at middle management level in sizeable company
- Good knowledge in employment-related legislations (Hong Kong and/or Macau) and human resources policies and practices
- HR Generalist, such as compensation and benefits, Talent Development (Recruitment/Training) and payroll calculation
- Excellent computer skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, HR System)
- Good interpersonal, motivational and influencing skills
- Detail-minded with good observation and strong analytical skills
