Introduction:

My client, an eCommerce logistics company location at Kwun Tong is looking for:-

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer services via multiple communication channels
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction for our customers
  • To assist in providing service and product training to customers when required
  • Perform other customer service duties when requested

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree
  • Possess a 5 years Customer Service experience, preferably gained in e-commerce or logistics industries. 
  • Customer focused with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage. 
  • Speedy and accurate Chinese typing is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail
  • Proficiency in working with different IT systems
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Pro-active and team player attitude
