Introduction:

My client is a professional security services company location in Central is looking for:-

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the full spectrum of HR functions
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of talent acquisition to meet the company’s business needs; including Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to on boarding
  • Provide & Design the compensation and benefits structure
  • Responsible for the payroll administration system, grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy and promotion policy
  • MPF administration, salaries taxation, group medical insurance, benefits and retirement plans

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management or Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of solid HR experience with 1-2 years with manager exposure.
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is an advantage
