Digital Marketing Team Head - Renowned Banking & Finance Group, Inhouse Role in Hong Kong

Introduction:
A renowned banking and finance group is hiring marketing team head to cope with the growing business in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Devise digital marketing strategy and tactics
- Provide market insights via data before and after marketing campaigns
- Manage and implement related strategies through the line including social media platforms
- Improve digital user experience via website and app improvement
- Oversee the marketing department operation and coach the team to grow
- Regular review performance of digital marketing campaign
- Work closely with external stakeholder like marketing solutions providers
- Other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 8 years or above of relevant experience and experience gained in inhouse role in Banking Industry is a plus
- With exposure in brand management, through-the-all marketing include digital advertising
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
