Introduction:

We are currently in search of a Butler | Household Manager | Family Assistant for our client, a High-net-worth Chinese family based in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for arranging and assisting the day-to-day operation for the family's household
• Manage and supervise the domestic helpers, drivers, chefs, security guards and gardeners
• Responsible for property and facilities management and maintenance, renovation, repair, house moving
• Planning family travel, itineraries and schedules, coordinate meetings & personal activities
• Organize family events including dinners, outgoing activities and trips
• Any ad hoc activities as required

Requirements:

• A minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/ Butler/ Household Manager/ Family Assistant
• High level of integrity, organized and able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
