Assistant Operation / CS Supervisor (Air Import )

Introduction:
My client, a sizable freight forwarding company is looking for:-
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of Airfreight Import documents & operation
- Responsible for solve customers enquiries, complaints and overseas agents correspondence
- Coordinate with all parties for all air import shipments.
Requirements:
- F.6 or above
- 2-3 years air import operation or CS experience in freight forwarding company
- General command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin.
- Computer knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
