Our client, a leading organization in the Investment sector is looking to recruit a Receptionist to be a part of their team


•         Handle daily operation of reception including answering incoming calls and greeting guest;
•         Handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier arrangement;
•         Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies management, including stationeries, envelopes, name card and pantry items ordering, etc;
•         Manage staff travel arrangement, including flights, accommodation reservation and other logistics arrangement;
•         Draft and distribute general office memos and correspondence;
•         Assist in staff activities and company events, including venue set up and food ordering, etc;
•         Manage staff attendance and leave record;
•         Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


•         DSE or above
•         2 year relevant experience 
•         Pro-active, polite, responsible, well-organized, independent, detailed oriented
•         Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
•         Good computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
•         Immediate available is highly preferred.
