Introduction:

Our client is looking for a high calibre candidate to join their Team due to their continuous expansion.

Responsibilities:

·         To assist Management to prepare purchase plan and purchase order

·         To issue and follow up Purchase Orders

·         To maintain proper procurement record and system data

·         To handle the price quotation and delivery negotiation

·         To work closely with factory and vendors for order delivery and follow delivery schedule.

·         Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

·         Degree Holder 

·         Minimum 2 years relevant experience

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

·         Good Computer knowledge (MS Excel)

·         Accurate Calculation and Typing

·         Self-motivated, detail-minded & able to work independently

·         5 days work
