Introduction:

Our client, a sizable manufacturing group with offices and manufacturing plants across 10 countries globally is currently in search of a high caliber Senior Internal Audit Manager to join the team

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Group Internal Audit Director. Dealing with functional and business unit heads globally in 10 countries
• Preparing the annual audit plan for the sites and entities with scope, objective and duration defined
• Perform risk assessments through understanding the business operation, practices and working culture of the local entities
• Leading / executing audits based on the risk assessments to evaluate adequacy of controls and verify compliance with applicable Group policies and procedures.
• Drafting audit reports appraising controls and control environment and providing constructive recommendations
• Add value to the audit team and the group through audit recommendations on internal controls (including financial, operational, compliance and IT controls), risk management and work processes improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or equivalent
• Qualified accountant from Hong Kong or Overseas (HKICPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Internal audit qualifications (CIA, CISA)
• At least 10 years internal audit experience with multinationals or reputable firms. Manufacturing experience is highly preferrable.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving  and report writing skills
• Excellent skills in negotiation, relationship building and communication 
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP and ACL data analytics tool
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Occasional travel to PRC and overseas
