Sales Coordinator

Our client is looking for a high calibre candidate to join their Team. Details are as followings:


·         To communicate with factory or service vendor for delivery / order follow up etc..

·         To support management by preparing of sales analysis report

·         To prepare of quotation and order and handle customer’s enquiries

·         To support daily sales administration and update database record.

·         ad-hoc assignments

·         To handle other duties as assigned by manager


·         Advance Diploma or above

·         At least 2-3 of relevant experience in Sales Coordination work or sales support role

·         Proficiency in PC operations: Email, Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing

·          Good command of English, Mandarin

·         Proficient with SAP system

·         Knowledge Japanese is preferred

·         Good communications & interpersonal skills

·         Smart, self-motivated, able to work independently, good team player and willing to learn;

·         Immediate Available is preferred
