Introduction:

A sizable legal firm located at Central is urgently seeking a high caliber candidate for the position of Will and Probate Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Directly report to Partner
• Draft and prepare legal documents related to wills, applications for probate and letters of administration
• Handle initial client contact and communication
• Correspond with probate registry
• Handle filing and billing
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above
• Familiar with the law and practice of will and probate
• At least 5 years’ experience in will and probate practice
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
