Introduction:

The job holder will support the management on key strategic communications to uphold a positive image and reputation for the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the Companys corporate affairs strategy to build a positive reputation 
• Drive and implement the Companys sustainability strategy and related initiatives that aligns with our business objectives and values
• Be responsible for creating the global sustainability report
• Develop and implement sustainability communication strategies to engage stakeholders and raise awareness of the Company's sustainability efforts
• Keep abreast with industry trends and best practices in sustainable development and sustainability communications
• Assume ad hoc projects assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• University graduate in sustainable development, sustainability, journalism, communications, or related discipline
• 8-10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in managerial level 
• Preferably 5 years of sustainability and ESG reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations
• Experienced in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and projects, and risk management projects in multi-national corporates is a bonus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Corporate Affairs Manager.
