Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Introduction:

Our client, a well established Trading Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • General reception duties including handling incoming calls, greeting guest, meeting room booking coordination
  • Arrange collection of outgoing & incoming documents and distribute to relevant person
  • Check the invoice, arrange payment, data input to SAP system, and keep the billing records accurately
  • Monitor the usage of stationeries and office supplies, place orders when necessary
  • Keep reception area neat & tidy
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or other departments, such as assists in organizing and distributing materials, stock taking and etc.
  • Some outdoor works if necessary

 

Package:

  • 5-day work per week
  • Discretionary Performance Bonus
  • 10-14 days Annual Leave

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 5 years or above of reception or administrative experience
  • Pleasant, stable and a team player
  • MS Office
