Project Sales Manager (Paint or Building Materials)
Introduction:
Our client, a well established Japanese Paint manufacturer is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulate and planning of sales strategies
- Develop the long-term business relationship and networks with the assigned Developers & Architects
- Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner and provide necessary training
- Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners
- Achieve the defined targets to support business growth
- Occasional business trip is required
- Discretionary Bonus
- Medical and dental insurance coverage
- 18 days annual leave
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Degree holder or other related discipline
- Good spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
- 8 year sales experience in Paint or Building Materials
- Solid experience in supervising a sales team
- Presentable, aggressive, strong target oriented mind and positive attitude
- Good team player with strong leadership skills
