Introduction:

Our client, a leading Chinese investment bank and financial services provider, is now looking for a driven private wealth management director to lead and manage a sales team for business expansion.

Responsibilities:

1. Formulating and implementing the business plan of the private wealth management team according to the overall development strategy of the company and the department.
2. Responsible for the business operation of the private wealth management team and leading the team to complete the targets issued by the company.
3. Leading the team to expand business, developing channels, improving organizational performance, promoting the company brand, and enhancing the competitiveness of the private wealth management team in the region and industry.
4. Responsible for the training and guidance of private wealth advisers and other members, able to complete team building, enhancing team cohesion and promoting team development.
5. Strictly abiding by the compliance system to prevent and resolve operational risks.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. SFC and/or HKMA license holder.
3. Retail/personal business experience in financial industry is preferred.
4. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
5. Strong interest in financial industry and wealth management business.
6. Understanding of various financial market products. Excellent learning ability.
7. Client-oriented, passionate about sales and financial industry. Positive and confident with excellent communication skills.
8. Mandarin, Cantonese and English are preferred.
