Introduction:

Our client is a prestigious financial banking group and they are now seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized banking and investment services.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Create and implement customized wealth management strategies, including investment planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.
• Monitor clients portfolios and provide ongoing advice and support to ensure alignment with their financial objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including investment advisors, tax specialists, and estate planners, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the private banking division.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited University or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Financial Services Industry with a focus on client servicing and management, covering clients.
• Familiarity with FIX protocols and OMS systems.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and estate planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Service oriented mindset, understanding the crux of a clients issue to provide a relevant and meaningful solution.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, analytical and time management skills.
• Advanced communication and presentation abilities with a strong command of English. Additional language proficiency a plus.
