Introduction:

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a lean team to execute end-to-end policy servicing tasks for HNW customers with high accuracy, professionalism, and timely turnaround.
2. Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient administrative support for Insurance Specialists in Hong Kong and overseas offices.
3. Handle enquiries from distributors, brokers, and wealth partners; provide quality frontline servicing and escalate complex issues when necessary.
4. Conduct detailed checks on policy information, system inputs, and application documentation to ensure completeness, regulatory compliance, and error minimization.
5. Track and report operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and service accuracy, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Ensure all servicing processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and AML/CTF standards.
7. Participate in ad-hoc projects and system enhancements as required.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder, professional insurance qualifications is preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance operations
3. At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Experience in Life or HNW insurance operations is a strong advantage
4. Solid understanding of policy servicing, operational workflows and regulatory compliance (including AML/CTF)
5. Detail-minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and drive process improvements
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Experience with CRM or policy administration systems is a plus
10. Immediate availability is highly preferred
