Membership Manager - Basic+Monthly incentive, MNC
Introduction:
My client, a global premium lifestyle management company, is now looking for the above position to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Through different promotion and event activities to acquire potential individuals to join membership
- Maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients
- Anticipate clients’ needs and achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder or above qualification
- 3 years or above relevant experience in membership field
- Experience in serving High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) is a plus
- Well language skills - Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST
