Introduction:

Representing our client, a Japanese logistics company, we are looking for a high caliber to fill up the above position.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing daily logistics tasks, including overseeing both inbound and outbound shipments, which is crucial for ensuring smooth supply chain flow.
2. Collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate warehouse operations and optimize efficiency.
3. Handling data input, trade declarations, and billing, which are essential for compliance and financial accuracy.
4. Ensuring inventory accuracy, which is fundamental to avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
5. Participating in system enhancements to streamline operations and improve workflows.
6. Supporting process development, which involves analyzing and refining logistics procedures for greater productivity.
7. Leveraging knowledge of freight forwarding (sea import/export)an excellent skill for international trade logistics.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Diploma holder in relevant disciplines (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields).
2. Experience: 12 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations.
3. Language: Cantonese, English and Mandarin
4. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to conduct site visits as part of job responsibilities.
6. Additional Skills: Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
